This fusion of rice crackers and spicy cod roe was derived from the idea of having many people enjoy spicy cod roe, a raw food, in a different form somehow. Fresh Fukutaro spicy cod roe is kneaded into rice crackers using an original method and blessings of the sea such as squid and octopus are also added for a deep flavor.
